My studies have made me realize that there are two things we need to take immense care of. One of these is our immune system and the second one is our brain regulating all the mental affairs. It is devastating to see that it seems like we are on a mission to destroy both these safeguard systems by our own choices. We don't take pride in maintaining these two main aspects of our bodily and mental systems at their normal pace. Whenever we take a harsh decision whether it is our wrong way to have a meal, sleep or do other chores, our immune system is begging us to not let it be eaten by foreign intruders as well as ourselves. Yeah, I am talking about infections, infestations, and autoimmune disorders. Microorganisms are unable to be seen by a natural eye but they can eat every trace of our body and its organs. The same is the case with autoimmune problems, our body becomes so vulnerable that it leads to its destruction by its guard cells. How pathetic is this to not be able to control our bodies. Likewise, when we start stressing about minor damages they can eventually make us a victim of being prey to our brains. The human brain is the most complex one in the universe, it helps human beings to rule over the world but there is nothing that can help the brain to stop overdoing when not needed. Our own choices make our nervous system so weak that our mental health makes us feel sick and let us out of the competition. We are left at a zero pace and forced to think that this world is better without us. The sole purpose of my blog is to support all human beings to have an idea about a healthy lifestyle that would contribute to enhancing the strength of our immune system as well as the nervous system. I don't want any of us to be a victim of those tiny creatures that are invisible to our eyes and I wish every one of us to be healthy mentally. In this reader-friendly blog, I would like to discuss mental health problems, for example, OCD, Fibromyalgia, Hypochondria, etc. I would emphasize adopting a natural lifestyle that would be consisting of organic compounds and how we can benefit from them to the maximum. I would be discussing natural remedies for complicated issues. Moreover, the pros and cons of natural ways of living would be a part of our discussion.
